Scyther prowling around in the trees... or whatever mantis Pokemon do
I've been a huge Scyther fan since gen 1 so it was only fitting that my first Pokemon gijinka be a Scyther. My eyes are made red with contacts, the armor and blades are worbla, and the wings are a wood frame, wire, and cellophane. They're made so that I can fold the wings down to make walking in crowds a little easier (Its still kind of hard though ) I chose the location for the shoot because it reminded me so much of the Safari Zone. Trees, tall grass, a small lake in the middle, It had everything! The only thing missing were other Pokemon and trainers throwing rocks/bait/Safari balls at me
Want to know how I paint my armor? Check out my tutorial here!
